Catalog Number: (10802-026)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance 3 (BCAR3) was identified in the search for genes involved in the development of estrogen resistance. It contains a putative src homology 2 (SH2) domain and is partly homologous to the cell division cycle protein CDC48. BCAR3 is a binding partner with Cas, an adapter molecule that plays a role in cell proliferation, survival, cell adhesion, and mobility. BCAR3 functions synergistically with Cas to enhance Src activation and promote cell migration, and has been suggested to regulate Cas/Src association, Src kinase activity, and breast cancer adhesion signaling.

Catalog Number: (75933-654)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: XIRP1 is a member of the Xin family of proteins, containing 16 Xin repeats. The intercalated disk protein Xin protects actin filaments from depolymerization, and is able to bundle actin filaments to interact with β-catenin, which is thought to stabilize actin-based cytoskeletons. The evolutionary emergence of the Xin paralogs may have played a key role in the development of heart chambers with complete endothelial and myocardial layers. Loss of mXinα (mouse Xin homolog) results in cardiac hypertrophy and cardiomyopathy. Phosphorylation of Ser295 is thought to play a key role in XIRP signaling. Xin Actin-Binding Repeat Containing Protein 1 pS295 Antibody is ideal for researchers interested in cell cycle research.

Catalog Number: (RL011-0107)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Produced through a multi-stage process that includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, and affinity chromatography. No contaminating proteins are observed when assayed at a protein concentration of 20mg/mL against anti-whole serum or anti-fragment specific antisera. All immunoglobulin fragments are prepared from highly purified, whole molecules subject to enzymatic digestion.

Description: LC20 is the myosin light chain that may regulate muscle contraction by modulating the ATPase activity of myosin heads (1). LC20 protein binds calcium and is activated by myosin light chain kinase. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for LC20 and the deduced 172-amino acid protein is highly conserved, with only 3 differences between the human and chicken proteins. Light chain phosphorylation causes the folded monomeric form of myosin to extend and assemble into filaments. This observation established the involvement of the LC20 in conformational transitions of smooth muscle myosin (2). LC20 Protein is ideal for investigators involved in Signaling Reagents, Protein Substrates, and Cardiovascular Disease research.

Catalog Number: (75933-978)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: This gene encodes a member of a family of neuronal cell surface proteins. Members of this family may act as splice site-specific ligands for beta-neurexins and may be involved in the formation and remodeling of central nervous system synapses. The encoded protein interacts with discs, large (Drosophila) homolog 4 (DLG4). Mutations in this gene have been associated with autism and Asperger syndrome. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene. Anti-Neuroligin-4 is ideal for research in Neuroscience, including synaptic transmission and GABAergic inhibition, as well as Cell Adhesion.
