Catalog Number: (RL001-0107)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Produced through a multi-stage process that includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, and affinity chromatography. No contaminating proteins are observed when assayed at a protein concentration of 20mg/mL against anti-whole serum or anti-fragment specific antisera. All immunoglobulin fragments are prepared from highly purified, whole molecules subject to enzymatic digestion.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The emission spectra for this ATTO conjugate matches the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation.

Catalog Number: (10801-750)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-Glycerol Kinase antibody recognizes the phosphotransferase enzyme glycerol kinase. Glycerol kinase catalyzes the formation of glycerol phosphate by transferring a phosphate from ATP to glycerol. Dihydroxyactone and L-glycerladehyde can also act as acceptors in place of glycerol.

Anti-Glycerol Kinase is ideal for investigators interested in Cancer, Metabolism, and Kinase/Phosphatase enzymology.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Mortalin control protein-GST fusion

Catalog Number: (75933-556)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Vimentin is the major protein subunit of the 10nm or intermediate filaments (IFs) found in many kinds of mesenchymal and epithelial cells as well as developing neuronal and astrocytic precursor cells in the CNS. Vimentin is thought to be critically involved in lymphocyte adhesion and transmigration. Copolymers are frequently formed between vimentin and other IFs, such as GFAP (in many kinds of astrocytes), desmin (in muscle cells) and neurofilament proteins (in developing neurons). Antibodies to vimentin are useful in studies of stem cells and generally to reveal the filamentous cytoskeleton. Recent studies suggest that vimentin affects prostate cancer cells motility and invasiveness. Vimentin Antibody is ideal for researchers interested in neuroscience research.

Catalog Number: (75933-610)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: WD40 repeats are a common structural module in eukaryotic proteins, and proteins containing WD40 domains have a wide range of functions, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, RNA splicing, and transcription. One such protein, WDR35, also known as CED2, has been shown to be mutated in patients with Sensenbrenner syndrome/cranioectodermal dysplasia (CED), an autosomal-recessive disease that is characterized by craniosynstosis and ectodermal and skeletal abnormalities. WDR35 localizes to cilia and dentrosomes during embryogenesis and human and mouse fibroblasts that lack this gene fail to produce cilia. Mutations in this gene can also cause short-rib polydactyly syndromes due to abnormal ciliogenesis.
