Description: FOXK1 is a transcriptional regulator that binds to the upstream enhancer region (CCAC box) of myoglobin gene. It has a role in myogenic differentiation and in remodeling processes of adult muscles that occur in response to physiological stimuli.

Catalog Number: (76012-070)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: This gene (IFNGR1) encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. [provided by RefSeq].

Supplier: Prosci
Description: Recognizes a protein of 110kDa, which is identified as androgen receptor (AR). It reacts with full length, and the newly described A form of the receptor. It does not cross react with estrogen, progesterone, or glucocorticoid receptors. The expression of AR is reportedly inversely correlated with histologic grade i.e. well differentiated prostate tumors show higher expression than the poorly differentiated tumors. In prostate cancer, AR has been proposed, as a marker of hormone-responsiveness and thus it may be useful in identifying patients likely to benefit from anti-androgen therapy. Anti-androgen receptor has been useful clinically in differentiating morpheaform basal cell carcinoma (mBCC) from desmoplastic trichoepithelioma (DTE) in the skin. This mAb is superb for staining of formalin/paraffin tissues.

Catalog Number: (10111-108)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: CAV3 is a caveolin family member, which functions as a component of the caveolae plasma membranes found in most cell types. Caveolin proteins are proposed to be scaffolding proteins for organizing and concentrating certain caveolin-interacting molecules. Mutations identified in this gene lead to interference with protein oligomerization or intra-cellular routing, disrupting caveolae formation and resulting in Limb-Girdle muscular dystrophy type-1C (LGMD-1C), hyperCKemia or rippling muscle disease (RMD). Alternative splicing has been identified for this locus, with inclusion or exclusion of a differentially spliced intron. In addition, transcripts utilize multiple polyA sites and contain two potential translation initiation sites.

Catalog Number: (77125-384)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: SPON2 Peptide

Catalog Number: (10110-872)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: CSNK2A2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Ser/Thr protein kinase family, CK2 subfamily. It contains 1 protein kinase domain. Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. The alpha and alpha' chains contain the catalytic site. CSNK2A2 participates in Wnt signaling. It phosphorylates 'Ser-392' of p53/TP53 following UV irradiation.

Description: Monoclonal, Host: Mouse, Clone: [7218], Species Reactivity: Virus, Isotype: Mouse IgG2b, Tested Applications: ELISA, Western blotting

Catalog Number: (10103-222)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: PTDSS1 is a multi-pass membrane protein. It belongs to the phosphatidyl serine synthase family. PTDSS1 catalyzes a base-exchange reaction in which the polar head group of phosphatidylcholine is replaced by L-serine.

Catalog Number: (10100-796)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: SMAD6 (mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 6) is an antagonist of signaling by TGF-beta (transforming growth factor) type 1 receptor superfamily members; has been shown to inhibit selectively BMP (bone morphogenetic proteins) signaling by competing with the co-SMAD SMAD4 for receptor-activated SMAD1. SMAD6 is an inhibitory SMAD (I-SMAD) or antagonistic SMAD.

Catalog Number: (10749-638)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: TRIAD3A Antibody: Activation of NF-kappa B as a result of Toll-like receptor (TLR) and IL-1 receptor signaling is a major component of innate immune responses. Signals from these receptors are relayed by a number of adapter molecules such as TRIF, TIRAP, and MyD88. Several regulatory mechanisms exist to control TLR signal transduction, including the inhibition of TLR expression and signaling by molecules such as ST2 and SIGIRR. Another mechanism is by the ubi-quitinization of selected TLRs by TRIAD3A, an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. TRIAD3A is a RING finger protein that can bind to TLR4 and TLR9, and to a lesser extent TLR3 and TLR5, catalyzing the ubiquitization of these molecules. Overexpression of TRIAD3A promoted the nearly complete degradation of TLR4 and TLR9; this reduction was reflected in the decreased signal-specific activation by ligands specific for these TLRs. Conversely, depletion of TRIAD3A resulted in enhanced TLR activation.
