Supplier: Prosci
Description: Foxd1 is transcription factor required for formation of positional identity in the developing retina, regionalization of the optic chiasm and morphogenesis of the kidney. Mice lacking Foxd1 show disrupted cell identity in the ventrotemporal area of the retina and aberrant morphogenesis of the optic chiasm. Their kidneys remain fused, have a disorganised ureteric tree and fail to ascend to a lumbar position.

Catalog Number: (75789-502)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: Chorionic Somatomammotropin Hormone (CSH1) belongs to the Somatotropin/Prolactin family. It is located at the growth hormone locus on chromosome 17. It is produced by cells in the syncytiotrophoblast layer of the placenta only during pregnancy. Although CSH1 does not interact with GHR but only activates PRLR through zinc-induced dimerization. It is expressed mainly in the placenta and utilizes multiple transcription initiation sites. CSH1 plays an important role in stimulating lactation, growth control and metabolism.

Catalog Number: (10070-022)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: FUNCTION: The 26S protease is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The regulatory (or ATPase) complex confers ATP dependency and substrate specificity to the 26S complex.
SUBUNIT: Interacts, in vitro, with the thyroid hormone receptor (in a thyroid hormone T3-dependent manner) and with retinoid X receptor (RXR) (By similarity).

Catalog Number: (76011-518)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: This gene is a member of a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Knockout studies in mice indicate that this gene is important for specification of paraxial mesoderm structures.

Catalog Number: (10104-866)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The homeodomain transcription factor EMX2 is critical for central nervous system and urogenital development. EMX1 along with EMX2 is related to the 'empty spiracles' gene expressed in the developing Drosophila head.

Catalog Number: (89419-622)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: SCRAPPER peptide is used for blocking the activity of SCRAPPER antibody.

Catalog Number: (89417-166)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: RWDD3 Antibody: RWDD3 (RSUME), a small RWD-containing protein, has a central role in sumoylation by enhancing SUMO conjugation in the regulatory network of immune-inflammatory signals. RWDD3 increases I kappa Beta sumoylation and stability. In addition, RWDD3 inhibits TNF-alpha -induced kappaB-LUC (Luciferase) reporter activity, showing the functional consequence of I kappa Beta increased stability. RSUME-enhanced sumoylation of I kappa Beta leads to the inhibition of NF-kappa Beta activity on two well-known inflammatory genes, IL-8 and cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2) and therefore may also favor anti-inflammatory pathways. Expression of RWDD3 was induced under hypoxic conditions and it has a potential role during vascularization. Both BMP-4 and RWDD3 may be interesting targets for inhibiting steps involved in pituitary tumorigenesis.

Supplier: Prosci
Description: NALP4 Antibody: NALP proteins include the apoptosis regulator APAF1 (apoptotic protease activating factor 1) and mammalian NOD-LRR proteins and are thought to be involved in inflammation and reproduction. NALP4, also known as PYRIN-containing APAF1-like protein 4, has a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, an N-terminal Pyrin domain (PYD) followed by a NACHT domain, and a NACHT-associated domain. In transfected 293 cells, NALP4 suppressed NF-kappa B induction by TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta , suggesting NALP4 operates at a point of convergence in these two signaling pathways. NALP4 also suppressed NF-kappa B induction resulting from overexpression of several adapter proteins and protein kinases involved in these pathways, including TRAF2, TRAF6, RIP, and IRAK2, as well as the IKK-alpha and IKK-beta, suggesting that NALP4 is critical in modulating NF-kappa B activity.
