Goat anti-human IgG, Fc gamma specific antibody reacts specifically with the human IgG heavy (γ) chains and not with light chains and F(ab’)2 fragment on all human immunoglobulins. To minimize cross-reactivity, it has been adsorbed against bovine, horse, mouse and rabbit serum proteins prior to conjugation. CF™488A (Ex/Em 490/515 nm) is a superior alternative to the traditional green fluorescent dye FITC (or fluorescein) owing to its exceptional brightness and photostability. CF™488A has brightness and photostability comparable to Alexa Fluor® 488.
