The Micro BCA Protein Assay Kit is a specialized version of the popular Pierce BCA Protein Assay for determining the protein concentration of dilute samples.

Colorimetric method read at 562 nm
Linear working range for BSA is 0.5 to 20 µg/mL
Compatible with most ionic and non ionic detergents
Less protein variation than dye-binding methods
All kit reagents stable at room temperature for two years
Working reagent is stable for 24 hours

The assay is exceptionally linear and exhibits very low levels of protein-to-protein variability.

This kit is sensitive, colorimetric, stable at room temerature for 24 horus, and compatible with typical concentrations of most ionic and nonionic detergents.
