Catalog Number: (10750-162)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: GRTP1 Antibody: Growth hormone regulated TBC protein 1 (GRTP1) was identified through microarray analysis as a gene whose expression is regulated by growth hormone (GH). It contains the TBC signature motif of GTPase activator proteins of Rab-like small GTPases. GRTP1 mRNA is expressed at highest levels in testes, and is also present in kidney, lung, liver, and intestine. Administration of GH to mice resulted in an increase in GRTP1 mRNA in testes, but a decrease of GRTP1 mRNA in kidney and liver. GRTP1 was identified as an HIV dependency factor (HDF), suggesting that GRTP1 may be an important drug target in HIV treatment.

Catalog Number: (10072-974)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: NAP-2 is a CXC chemokine that can signal through the CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. It is produced in leukocytes by enzymatic processing of a precursor called platelet basic protein (PBP). NAP-2 chemoattracts and activates neutrophils. Recombinant human NAP-2 protein is a 7.6 kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines, and also including the ELR motif common to CXC chemokines that bind to CXCR1 and CXCR2.

Catalog Number: (10072-270)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: This protein is a component of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, and receptor-mediated endocytosis. V-ATPase is comprised of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain. The V1 domain consists of a hexamer of three A and three B subunits plus the C, D, and E subunits. It contains the ATP catalytic site. The protein is known as the E subunit and is found ubiquitously.

Catalog Number: (10097-866)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: Polyclonal, Host: Rabbit, Species reacivity: human, Immunogen: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hIL-1alpha (human Interleukin-1-alpha), Tested application: ELISA, WB

Catalog Number: (10071-826)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: KRT18 encodes the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18. Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament gene family. They are expressed in single layer epithelial tissues of the body. utations in this gene have been linked to cryptogenic cirrhosis. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.

Catalog Number: (10098-512)
Supplier: Prosci

Catalog Number: (76010-938)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: Sm-like proteins were identified in a variety of organisms based on sequence homology with the Sm protein family (see SNRPD2; MIM 601061). Sm-like proteins contain the Sm sequence motif, which consists of 2 regions separated by a linker of variable length that folds as a loop. The Sm-like proteins are thought to form a stable heteromer present in tri-snRNP particles, which are important for pre-mRNA splicing.

Catalog Number: (76011-618)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: This intronless gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors, which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The protein encoded functions as a lens-specific transcription factor and plays an important role in vertebrate lens formation. Mutations in this gene are associated with anterior segment mesenchymal dysgenesis and congenital primary aphakia.

Catalog Number: (76010-858)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: RBM42 binds (via the RRM domain) to the 3'-untranslated region (UTR) of CDKN1A mRNA (By similarity).

Catalog Number: (76012-280)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The protein encoded by this gene is a type I transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory protein (TARP). TARPs regulate both trafficking and channel gating of the AMPA receptors. This gene is part of a functionally diverse eight-member protein subfamily of the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 family and is located in a cluster with two family members, a type II TARP and a calcium channel gamma subunit.
