Catalog Number: (103265-236)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: AP Anti-Human Kappa antibody for use in ELISA assays.

Catalog Number: (103260-162)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: CD44, also known as phagocytic glycoprotein-1 (Pgp-1), exists as a large number of different isoforms resulting from alternative RNA splicing. The major isoform expressed on lymphocytes, myeloid cells, and erythrocytes is a glycosylated type I transmembrane protein. Other variable isoforms containing glycosaminoglycans have molecular weights ranging from 110 to 250 kDa and are widely expressed on hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells. CD44 contributes to the adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells, stromal cells, and the extracellular matrix. It also plays a functional role in cell migration, lymphocyte homing, and adhesion during hematopoiesis and lymphocyte activation.

Catalog Number: (100242-564)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: Goat Anti-Mouse IgA-HRP antibody for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry / immunocytochemistry, western blotting, and ELISpot assays.

Catalog Number: (103265-704)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: CD19 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed at all stages of B cell differentiation except terminally differentiated plasma cells. It is also present on the cell surface of follicular dendritic cells. CD19 associates with CD21, CD81, Leu 13 and/or MHC Class II molecules to form a signal transduction complex on the B cell surface. This signaling complex modulates the activation threshold for the B cell antigen receptor (BCR).

Catalog Number: (103260-074)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: Porcine CD8, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, is expressed as either a CD8αα homodimer or a CD8αβ heterodimer. It is found on most thymocytes and on the suppressor/cytotoxic subpopulation of peripheral T cells. CD8 functions primarily as a co-receptor with MHC Class I-restricted T cell receptors in antigen recognition. The monoclonal antibody 76-2-11 reacts with the CD8 α-chain.

Catalog Number: (100246-392)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: CD95, also known as Fas and APO-1, is a 45 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is expressed by activated lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, fibroblasts, and cell lines. Fas ligand binding to CD95 induces apoptosis in activated mature lymphocytes thereby playing a role in maintaining peripheral tolerance. Crosslinking of CD95 by the monoclonal antibodies DX2 and DX3 delivers an apoptotic signal to Fas-sensitive cells indicating that these monoclonal antibodies recognize a functional epitope of CD95.

Catalog Number: (100242-164)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: Human IgG-AP for use as a control in ELISA assays.

Catalog Number: (101442-968)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: CD42b, also known as GPIbα, is a two-chain membrane glycoprotein that forms a noncovalent complex with CD42a (GPIX) on the surface of platelets and megakaryocytes. Binding of the GPIb/GPIX heterodimer to von Willebrand factor bound to exposed subendothelial surfaces is essential for platelet adhesion at sites of injury.

Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-PE antibody with minimal reactivity to human proteins for use in flow cytometry assays.

Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: CD4 is a 55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig-SF of cell surface receptors. It is expressed predominantly on the “helper/inducer” subpopulation of mature T lymphocytes and on monocytes and macrophages. Domains 1 and 2 bind to MHC Class II antigens, while domains 3 and 4 may be involved in cis interactions with the CD3/TCR complex. CD4 functions as an accessory molecule in the recognition of foreign antigens in association with MHC class II antigens by T cells.

Catalog Number: (100242-116)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: Rat IgG2b-PE/CY7 for use as a control in flow cytometry assays.

Catalog Number: (100244-854)

Catalog Number: (100243-336)
Supplier: Southern Biotechnology
Description: The IL-2 receptor (IL-2R) exists in three alternative forms made up from the individual components of CD25, CD122, and CD132. CD25 represents the low affinity α chain of the IL-2R, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein containing two CCP domains. It is rich in O-linked carbohydrates and has a short cytoplasmic tail. CD25 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes of all mouse strains tested. It is transiently expressed at a low level during B cell development in bone marrow on the CD45R/B220low TdT- sIg- pre-B II and CD45R/B220low TdT- sIgM+sIgD- immature B cells, but not on the CD45R/B220low TdT+ sIg- pro-B/pre-B I stage nor on CD45R/B220high TdT- sIgM+sIgD+ mature B cells. CD25 is expressed at a higher level during very early T-cell development in fetal and adult thymus. The 7D4 monoclonal antibody reacts with an epitope between amino acids 125 and 212 that is distinct from that recognized by the monoclonal antibody 3C7 (SB Cat. No. 1600). While the monoclonal antibody 7D4 does not block the binding of IL-2 to CD25, when used in combination with the monoclonal antibody 3C7 it results in higher levels of inhibition of IL-2-driven proliferation than either of these two monoclonal antibodies alone.
