Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Potent, cell permeable, selective, and reversible inhibitor of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) (IC50=40nM for JNK-1 and JNK-2 and 90nM for JNK-3). The inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP. Exhibits over 300-fold greater selectivity for JNK as compared to ERK1 and p38. Inhibits the phosphorylation of c-Jun and blocks the expression of IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α, and COX-2. Blocks IL-1-induced accumulation of phospho-Jun, induction of c-Jun transcription and anti CD3-induced apoptosis of CD4+ CD8+ thymocytes.

Description: Gold 525 [5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 6G] dUTP can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E. coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase.

Catalog Number: (89165-848)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Orange 552 dUTP (5-TAMRA-dUTP) can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E. coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase. Fluorescently labeled probes can be prepared with this fluorescent nucleotide by a variety of methods including nick translation, cDNA labeling and 3’-end labeling. Probes generated by these methods are suitable for use for the identification of specific sequences by in situ hybridization procedures on fixed cells and tissues by direct fluorescence detection. Orange 552 dUTP can also be used for multicolor fluorescence labeling.

Catalog Number: (89153-476)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: RUNX (Runt-related transcription factor) family members play important roles in normal developmental processes and carcinogenesis. Of the three known RUNX family members, the ubiquitously expressed RUNX3 is involved in neurogenesis, T cell differentiation, tumorigenesis and is a component of the TGF-β induced tumor suppressor pathway. In gastric cancer cells, RUNX3 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis through upregulation of Bim, a proapoptotic BH3-only protein. In addition, RUNX3 is frequently inactivated in gastric cancer cells.

Catalog Number: (89153-578)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: ATP dependent calcium pumps are responsible, in part, for the maintenance of low cytoplasmic free calcium concentrations. The ATP pumps that reside in intracellular organelles are encoded by a family of structurally related enzymes, termed the sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticulum calcium (SERCA) ATPases. The SERCA1 gene is exclusively expressed in type II (fast) skeletal muscle. The SERCA2 gene is subject to tissue dependent processing which is responsible for the generation of SERCA2a muscle-specific form expressed in type I (slow) skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle and the SERCA2b isoform expressed in all cell types. The SERCA3 gene is not as well characterized and is found in non-muscle cells.
