Catalog Number: (10150-472)
Supplier: Immunoreagents
Description: ImmunoReagents’ Biotinylated antibody conjugates are widely used due to their ability to enhance antibody signal in most immunoassays. Biotinylated secondary antibodies are used in most immunoassay formats (i.e., ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western blotting). While Biotinylated antibodies by themselves do not produce a signal that can be visualized, biotin has a high affinity and specificity to Streptavidin/Avidin. Using ImmunoReagents’ streptavidin conjugates with biotinylated antibodies results in signal amplification.

Catalog Number: (RL810-4002)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

Catalog Number: (10802-784)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Fibroblast growth factor 4 (FGF4), also known as Heparin Secretary Transforming (HSTF1). HST1, for which the designation HSTF1 was proposed for human gene nomenclature, is a heparin-binding growth factor with significant homology to human fibroblast growth factors and the mouse Int-2 protein. By in situ hybridization, Adelaide et al. (1988) mapped the HST gene to chromosome 11q13. The HST1 protein is a heparin-binding growth factor with significant homology with human fibroblast growth factors and the mouse Int-2 protein. This antibody is suitable for researchers interested in cell signaling and cancer research.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 2A3 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The 2A3 immunolglobulin has an unknown binding specificity and is used as an isotype control for rat IgG2a antibodies.

Catalog Number: (75929-524)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The late endosomal/lysosomal adaptor MAPK and MTOR activator 3 (LAMTOR3) protein belongs to the LAMTOR family of proteins, and together with LAMTOR2 and the MAPK1 and ERK kinase 1 (MEK1) localizes to late endosomes where it is required for the efficient activation of ERK signaling (1,2). This complex is involved in the regulation of late endosomal traffic and cellular proliferation (3) and plays a role in cellular host defense against Salmonella infection (4).

Catalog Number: (75931-904)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The Silent Information Regulator (SIR2) family of genes are highly conserved from prokaryotes to eukaryotes and have important functions in the regulation of metabolism, growth and differentiation, inflammation, cellular survival, as well as in senescence and lifespan extension. Sirtuins, including SIRT1-7, are human homologs of yeast Sir2p. Sirtuins are NAD+-dependent histone/protein deacetylases (HDAC) which regulate cellular metabolism, e.g. energy metabolism, and thereby are associated with aging and several age-related diseases. SIRT1 has the closest homology to the yeast Sir2p and is widely expressed in fetal and adult tissues. SIRT1 regulates the p53-dependent DNA damage response pathway by binding to and deacetylating p53, specifically via lysine residue.

Catalog Number: (95053-720)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: C5b-9, also known as the terminal complement complex (TCC), consists of C5b, C6, C7, C8 and C9, and it forms the membrane attack complex (MAC) as well as the non-lytic fluid-phase SC5b-9 complex (with protein S). The MAC forms channels in target cell membranes leading to cell lysis by osmotic leakage. The complexes contain neoantigens absent from the individual native components from which they are formed, and the antibody is directed against a neoepitope exposed on C9 when incorporated into the TCC.

Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: p53 is a tumor suppressor gene expressed in a wide variety of tissue types and is involved in regulating cell growth, replication, and apoptosis. It binds to Mdm2, SV40 T antigen and human Papilloma virus E6 protein. p53 senses DNA damage and facilitates its repair. Mutation involving p53 is found in a wide variety of malignant tumors, including breast, ovary, bladder, colon, lung, and melanoma.

Catalog Number: (RL612-401-D01)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: 14-3-3 antibody is suitable for use in Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 29 kDa in size corresponding to 14-3-3 Protein in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Catalog Number: (10802-776)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Fasciculation and elongation protein zeta-2 (FEZ2) is a homolog to the mammalian FEZ1, itself an ortholog of the C. elegans UNC-76. In contrast to FEZ1, FEZ2 mRNA is widely expressed in mouse tissues. FEZ2 interacts with protein kinase C (PKC)-zeta substrate and induces neurite extension of PC12 cells when co-expressed with a constitutively active form of PKC-zeta, suggesting FEZ2 may play an important role in the morphological changes of various cells by associating with PKC-zeta in a tissue non-specific manner. FEZ2 can interact with FEZ1 through its c-terminal regions and especially its coiled-coil region. At least two isoforms of FEZ2 are known to exist.

Catalog Number: (10800-020)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The angiopoietin-related protein 3 (ANGPTL3) is a member of a family of secreted proteins that function in angiogenesis (1). ANGPTL3 is processed into an N-terminal coiled-coil domain-containing chain and a C-terminal fibrinogen chain. The N-terminal chain is important for lipid metablism, while the C-terminal chain may be involved in angiogenesis (2,3). Recent experiments have shown that a deficiency of ANGPTL3 is associated with increased insulin sensitivity, lipoprotein lipase activity, and decreased serum free fatty acids, suggesting that ANGPTL3 may also play a role in modulating glucose metabolism (4).
