Catalog Number: (RL609-146-007)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The emission spectra for this DyLight® conjugate match the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation.

Supplier: Anaspec Inc
Description: 5-FAM is a single isomer. It is one of the most popular green fluorescent reagents used for in situ labeling peptides, proteins and nucleotides. It has also been used to prepare various small fluorescent molecules.

Catalog Number: (89139-274)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: MQAE (N-(Ethoxycarbonylmethyl)-6-methoxyquinolinium bromide) is an improved chloride indicator that has greater sensitivity to chloride (Ksv= 200M-1) than SPQ (Ksv=118 M-1) and higher fluorescence quantum yield. The ester group of MQAE may slowly hydrolyze inside cells, resulting in a change in its fluorescence response.

Catalog Number: (76203-394)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: DMEQ-TAD is a reagent for fluorescence-labeling of Vitamin D and its use in assaying Vitamin D metabolites.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This antibody recognizes a protein of 74 kDa, identified as CD84 (Workshop V; Code A085, C057). It is expressed on mature B cells and on B-cell lines, including pre-B-cell lines, but not on plasma cell lines. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that CD84 strongly expressed on tissues macrophages. CD84 is also highly expressed on platelets and, at low levels on peripheral blood T cells. It is a highly N-glycosylated protein and belongs to immunoglobulin superfamily. It may play a role in leukocyte activation.

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®405S is a blue fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 404/431 nm) with superior brightness compared to other blue dyes; it is also compatible with super-resolution imaging by SIM. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This MAb is specific for human interferon alpha 1 and does not cross react with human interferon alpha 2. Interferons are widely used therapeutic agents because of their anti-tumor and anti-viral effects and because of their modulatory effects on the immune system. These cytokines produce their effects by binding to the Type 1 Interferon- & Receptor (IFNAR1). Down regulation of this receptor plays a key role in determining the magnitude and duration of cytokine signaling. This down regulation is influenced by phosphorylation of Serine 535 and 539 in the IFNAR1.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Differentiates live yeast with intact membranes will stain fluorescent green, and dead yeast with damaged membranes will stain fluorescent red.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This MAb is specific to ER alpha and shows minimal cross-reaction with other members of the family. ER is an important regulator of growth and differentiation in the mammary gland. Presence of ER in breast tumors indicates an increased likelihood of response to anti-estrogen (e.g. tamoxifen) therapy. This MAb is excellent for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded breast carcinomas.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: 5-Aminoallyl-dUTP (AA-dUTP) can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA. The resulting amine-containing DNA can be subsequently labeled with a fluorescent dye, biotin or other haptens via conventional peptide coupling method.

Catalog Number: (89156-020)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Kit utilizes Live-dye™, a cell permeable green fluorescent dye (Ex(max): 488nm; Em(max): 518nm), to stain live cells. Dead cells can be easily stained by propidium iodide (PI), a red fluorescent dye (Ex(max): 488nm; Em(max): 615nm), which in viable cells is actively pumped out of the cytoplasm.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: is prepared by labeling IgG with CF350. CF350 is a blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, CF350 is more water-soluble, more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins.
