Supplier: Genetex
Description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CA181

Catalog Number: (10764-478)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: The SN3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD24, a 35-45 kDA molecule also known as the Heat Stable Antigen (HAS), Ly-52, Nectadrin. It can be used as a marker for distinguishing between lymphocyte developmental stages as its expression varies on T and B cells during differentiation. CD24 is also expressed on monocytes, dendritic cells, hematopoietic stem cells, epidermal Lagershans cells, and neurons.

Catalog Number: (10263-462)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: PIRT is a 137 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein. Highly conserved among vertebrates, PIRT consists of two transmembrane domains and one putative C-terminal phosphoinositide-binding domain. Although PIRT is expressed in peripheral nervous system, with highest levels in dorsal root ganglion and trigeminal neurons, and lowest levels in sympathetic and enteric neurons, it is not expressed in spinal cord. PIRT is a required component of the VR1 complex, which positively regulates VR1, a sensor of both noxious heat and capsaicin. Correspondingly, PIRT knockout results in impaired responses to noxious heat and capsaicin exposure, while VR1 remains unaltered. The gene that encodes PIRT maps to human chromosome 17p13.1.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This antibody recognizes a protein of 94 kDa, which is identified as the glucose-regulated protein 94 (grp94) and also tumor rejection antigen (gp96). Grp94 shows a high degree of sequence homology with the heat shock protein 90 (hsp90). This MAb is highly specific to grp94 and shows minimal cross-reaction with other members of the HSP90 family. Grp s are a class of proteins unresponsive to heat shock and are induced by glucose deprivation. Grp94 has been briefly studied as a prognostic factor in breast cancer.

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®680 is a near-infrared fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 681/698 nm). It yields the brightest conjugates among spectrally similar dyes, and is validated in super-resolution imaging by STORM.

Catalog Number: (19790-000)
Supplier: Parr Instrument
Description: Materials to be treated in a Parr hydrogenator are sealed in a reaction bottle with a catalyst and connected to a hydrogen reservoir. Air is removed either by evacuating the bottle or by flushing with hydrogen. Pressure is then applied from the reservoir and the bottle is shaken vigorously to initiate the reaction. The bottle can be heated or cooled during this process, if necessary. After the reaction reaches the desired point, the shaker is stopped, the bottle vented and the product and catalyst are recovered.
