Catalog Number: (10363-156)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Binds free retinal and cellular retinol-binding protein-bound retinal. Can convert/oxidize retinaldehyde to retinoic acid (By similarity).

Catalog Number: (10482-096)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Contributes to oxidative stress resistance by reducing cysteine-sulfinic acid formed under exposure to oxidants in the peroxiredoxins PRDX1, PRDX2, PRDX3 and PRDX4. Does not act on PRDX5 or PRDX6. May catalyze the reduction in a multi-step process by acting both as a specific phosphotransferase and a thioltransferase.

Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Stable analog of endogenous S-nitroso compounds. Nitric oxide (NO) donor and a source of NO in vivo which spontaneously releases NO under physiological conditions. The half-life time is 4.6 hours in aqueous media.

Catalog Number: (10301-066)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: NOSTRIN (nitric oxide synthase trafficker isoform 1), also known as endothelial nitric oxide synthase traffic inducer, is a member of the Pombe Cdc15 homology (PCH) family of proteins. NOSTRIN is expressed in the vascular endothelial cells of highly vascularized tissues such as placenta, lung, kidney and heart. It consists of an N-terminal Cdc15 domain with an FCH (Fes/CIP homology) region, two coiled coil domains and a C-terminal SH3 domain. NOSTRIN typically exists as a trimer. It functions as an adaptor protein binding to caveolin-1 via an internal domain and NOS3 via its SH3 domain, forming a ternary complex which facilitates caveolar transport of NOS3. The NOS3 protein is responsible for the production of nitric oxide (NO), a potent mediator in various biological processes. The translocation of NOS3 from the plasma membrane to intracellular vesicle-like structures diminishes NO production. NOSTRIN also interacts with Dynamin and N-WASP via its SH3 domain.

Supplier: THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC CHEMICALS
Description: Bis(2,4-pentanedionato)molybdenum(VI) dioxide 97%

Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: The non-protein amino acid L-canavanine is an analog of L-arginine. Selective inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS; NOS II) inhibitor. Induces apoptotic cell death and shows antiproliferative and immunotoxic effects.

Catalog Number: (76171-158)
Supplier: Boster Biological Technology
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1(OLR1) detection. Tested with WB in Human.

Catalog Number: (10406-508)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: ACADVL (acyl-Coenzyme A dehydrogenase, very long chain) catalyzes the first step of the mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation pathway. It is specific to esters of long-chain and very long chain fatty acids such as palmitoyl-CoA and stearoyl-CoA. Deficiencies in ACADVL are associated with reduced myocardial fatty acid beta-oxidation and cardiomyopathy.

Catalog Number: (10349-624)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Responsible for the metabolism of many drugs and environmental chemicals that it oxidizes. It is involved in the metabolism of drugs such as antiarrhythmics, adrenoceptor antagonists, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Catalog Number: (10401-768)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: SLC25A20 is one of several closely related mitochondrial membrane carrier proteins that shuttle substrates between cytosol and the intramitochondrial matrix space. It mediates the transport of acylcarnitines into the mitochondrial matrix for their oxidation by the mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation pathway. Mutations in this gene are associated with carnitine acylcarnitine translocase deficiency, which can cause a variety of pathological conditions such as hypoglycemia, cardiac arrest, hepatomegaly, hepatic dysfunction and muscle weakness, and is usually lethal in new born and infants.

Catalog Number: (10238-668)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Receptor for globular and full-length adiponectin (APM1), an essential hormone secreted by adipocytes that acts as an antidiabetic. Probably involved in metabolic pathways that regulate lipid metabolism such as fatty acid oxidation. Mediates increased AMPK, PPARA ligand activity, fatty acid oxidation and glucose uptake by adiponectin. Has some high-affinity receptor for globular adiponectin but low-affinity receptor for full-length adiponectin.
