Catalog Number: (76262-926)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: ALPHA-1-ANTI-TRYPSIN Antibody is specific for alpha-1-anti-trypsin. Alpha 1-Antitrypsin or α1-antitrypsin (A1AT) is a protease inhibitor belonging to the serpin superfamily and is generally known as serum trypsin inhibitor. Alpha-1-anti-trypsin protects tissues from enzymes of inflammatory cells. A1AT antibody is suitbale for immunology and cardiovascular researcher.

Catalog Number: (10800-142)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Ataxin-1 is a member of the ATXN1 protein family and contains a single AXH domain. It is a neurodegenerative disorder protein thought to have a role in the metabolism of RNA as it has been shown to localize to the RNA and transcription dependent inclusions within the nucleus. A mutation of Ataxin-1 is the cause of spinocerebellar ataxia type-1 (SCA1), a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that is autosomal dominant and primarily affects the Purjinke cells found in brain stem neuronal populations and the cerebellum. Expression of Ataxin-1 is almost ubiquitous, except in the brain where it is isolated to populations of neurons. Anti-Ataxin-1 is ideal for research in Neuroscience.

The physical characteristics of DyLight® 594 are comparable to other 594 dyes. DyLight® 594 is available for use in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and other array platforms. Excitation/Emission = 593nm / 618nm Emission Color = Red (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 594, Texas Red)

Catalog Number: (RL609-145-002)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-Human Igg (Handl) (Goat) Antibody Dylight* 800 Conjugated - 609-145-002 Human Igg (Handl) Antibody Dylight* 800 Conjugated 100Ug

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The A20 antibody reacts with mouse CD45.1, also known as Ly5.1, which is a strain-specific allelic form of the CD45 Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA). Functionally, CD45 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase whose broad cell distribution supports a critical role in many leukocyte functions, including regulation of signal transduction and cell activation associated with the T cell and B cell receptors.

Catalog Number: (75928-446)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The Heartland virus is a newly identified member of the phlebovirus genus of the Bunyaviridae family. Initial reports indicate that symptoms may include fever, fatigue, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia (1). The Bunyaviridae family of viruses are spherical enveloped viruses with a tripartite RNA genome of negative or ambisense polarity (2). The glycoprotein RNA encodes a polyprotein that is cleaved into the G1 and G2 proteins.

Catalog Number: (75929-930)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Multidrug transporters, such as MFSD1, are membrane proteins that expel a wide spectrum of cytotoxic compounds from the cell and render cells resistant to multiple drugs. The Major Facilitator Superfamily (MFS) is a large and diverse group of secondary transporters that include uniporters, symporters, and antiporters. Members of this family are found in all living organisms and are highly represented in bacteria. MFS members are capable of transporting various substrates such as sugars, polyols, drugs, neurotransmitters, amino acids, peptides, and inorganic anions, although most members are substrate-specific. MFS have provided important insight into the mechanism underlying multidrug transport. MFSD1 is still poorly understood.

Catalog Number: (10050-258)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Bmf (Bcl-2 modifying factor) is a member of the Bcl-2 family of apoptotic proteins. The BH3 domain in Bmf is required both for binding to Bcl-2 proteins and for triggering apoptosis. In healthy cells, Bmf associates with the Dynein light chain 2 (DLC2), a component of the myosin V motors, and is sequestered by the cell's actin cytoskeleton. Disruption of the actin cytoskeleton triggers release and activation of Bmf, initiating the downstream apoptotic program.

Catalog Number: (RL613-4202)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Secondary Rabbit Anti-IgG (H&L) Reacts with Sheep (Ovine)

SDS

Catalog Number: (10049-628)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Monoclonal Antibody, Primary Antibody, Used in FC, Functional application with species reactivity to Mouse, Host: Rat, Immunogen: Recombinant mouse CD40 fusion protein, Isotype: IgG2a

Catalog Number: (10141-164)
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The GL-1 antibody reacts with mouse CD86, also known as B7-2, an 80 kDa cell surface protein which is a ligand for CD28, a co-stimulatory receptor for the T cell receptor (TCR). CD28 can also bind a second B7 ligand known as CD80 (B7-1). Both CD80 and CD86 are expressed on activated B cells and antigen-presenting cells. These ligands trigger CD28 signaling in concert with TCR activation to drive T cell proliferation, induce high-level expression of IL-2, impart resistance to apoptosis, and enhance T cell cytotoxicity. The interaction / co-stimulatory signaling between the B7 ligands and CD28 provides crucial communication between T cells and B cells or APCs to coordinate the adaptive immune response.

SDS

Catalog Number: (75933-100)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Activation of NF-kB as a result of Toll-like receptor (TLR) and IL-1 receptor signaling is a major component of innate immune responses. Signals from these receptors are relayed by a number of adapter molecules such as TRIF, TIRAP, and MyD88. Several regulatory mechanisms exist to control TLR signal transduction, including the inhibition of TLR expression and signaling by molecules such as ST2 and SIGIRR. Another mechanism is by the ubi-quitinization of selected TLRs by TRIAD3A, an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. TRIAD3A is a RING finger protein that can bind to TLR4 and TLR9, and to a lesser extent TLR3 and TLR5, catalyzing the ubiquitization of these molecules. Overexpression of TRIAD3A promoted the nearly complete degradation of TLR4 and TLR9; this reduction was reflected in the decreased signal-specific activation by ligands specific for these TLRs. Conversely, depletion of TRIAD3A resulted in enhanced TLR activation.

Catalog Number: (RL600-401-413)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: This phospho specific polyclonal antibody was tested by ELISA and was found to be reactive with the phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide and minimally reactive with the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide.
