Catalog Number: (RL610-705-002)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Secondary Donkey Anti-IgG (H&L) Reacts with Mouse

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 2D1 antibody reacts with human CD45, one of the most abundant hematopoietic markers and one that is expressed on all leukocytes (the Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA). CD45 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase existing in several isoforms, each being generated and expressed in cell-specific patterns. With its broad cell distribution, CD45 is critical for many leukocyte functions, regulating signal transduction and cell activation associated with the T cell receptor, B cell receptor, and IL-2 receptor. Other forms of CD45, with restricted cellular expression, include CD45R (B220), CD45RA, CD45RB, and CD45RO. The 2D1 antibody is widely used as a marker for human CD45 expression on peripheral blood T cells, B cells, monocytes, macrophages, and NK cells.

Catalog Number: (10800-396)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: BMI-1 antibdoy detects human DMI-1. The transcriptional repressor BMI-1 was first identified as a proto-oncogene frequently activated by Moloney murine leukemia proviral insertions in mice and cooperating with c-myc in the generation of mouse lymphomas. BMI-1 is involved in segment specification, cell growth and maintenance, transcriptional regulation, and chromatin modification. A major target of BMI-1 is the ink4a locus which encodes tumor suppressor proteins p16 and p19Arf, which are important in tumor progression and thought to be critical in cell proliferation and senescence. Recent studies have also shown that BMI-1 is required for the maintenance of adult normal and leukemic stem cells, suggesting that BMI-1 could an attractive therapeutic target for stem cell proliferation and renewal as well as for anti-cancer strategies. Anti-BMI-1 is ideal for investigators involved in chromatin, DNA damage and repair, stem cell, cell cycle protein and cancer research.

Catalog Number: (75931-598)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The Ras homolog family member T1 (RHOT) is an atypical Rho Ca2+-binding GTPase that localizes to the mitochondria (1). RHOT1, the related protein RHOT2, the adaptor protein Milton, and the PTEN induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1), form a complex that is involved in axonal transport of mitochondria (2,3). Both PINK1 and Parkin target RHOT1 for phosphorylation and degradation, causing the arrest of mitochondrial motility (4).

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-UREASE Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Urease [Jack Bean] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and (ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid])

Catalog Number: (RL600-403-263)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Phospho Site Specific Threonine affinity purified antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and western blotting assays.  The antibody reacts specifically with phosphothreonine and shows minimal reactivity by ELISA and western blotting with Proteins.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The RPA-T8 antibody is specific for the 32-34 kDa alpha chain of human CD8, known as CD8a or CD8 alpha. CD8a can form a homodimer (CD8 alpha-alpha), but is more commonly expressed as a heterodimer with a second chain known as CD8b or CD8 beta. CD8 acts as a co-receptor for antigen recognition and subsequent T cell activation that is initiated upon binding of the T cell receptor (TCR) to antigen-bearing MHC Class I molecules. The cytoplasmic domains of CD8 provide binding sites for the tyrosine kinase lck, facilitating intracellular signaling events that lead to T cell activation, development, and cytotoxic effector functions. CD8+ cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) play an important role in inducing cell death of tumor cells, as well as cells infected by virus, bacteria or parasites.

Catalog Number: (75930-486)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: NOD6, also known as NALP9, is a member of the NALP family, a group of proteins that typically contain a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain (NAD), a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, and an N-terminal pyrin domain (PYD) and are involved in inflammation and innate immune defense. The bovine NOD6, which has 76% homology to its human counterpart, has been suggested to be an oocyte marker gene. In adult tissues, NALP9 mRNA is expressed exclusively in ovary and testis.

Catalog Number: (10149-386)
Supplier: Immunoreagents
Description: ImmunoReagents’ Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) antibody conjugates are the most popular conjugates due to their high level of sensitivity, stability, and low costs. HRP conjugates are an ideal choice for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western blotting experiments.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The N418 antibody reacts with mouse CD11c, also known as integrin alpha X. This 150 kDa cell surface glycoprotein is part of a family of integrin receptors that mediate adhesion between cells (cell-cell) and components of the extracellular matrix, e.g. fibrinogen (cell-matrix). In addition, integrins are active signaling receptors which recruit leukocytes to inflammatory sites and promote cell activation. Complete, functional integrin receptors consist of distinct combinations of integrin chains which are differentially expressed. Integrin alpha X (CD11c) assembles with Integrin beta-2 (CD18) into a receptor complex known as CR4 which can bind and induce signaling through ICAMs and VCAM-1 on endothelial cells and can also facilitate removal of iC3b bearing foreign cells.
