Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: TAK1 (TGF-beta activated protein kinase 1) is a widely expressed enzyme originally identified as a mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase (MAP3K7). It has since been shown to mediate various intracellular signaling pathways, such as those induced by TGF-beta and members of the Toll-IL-1R (TIR) superfamily, thus acting as an intermediate in both proliferative and innate and adaptive immune responses. TAK1 is normally present in cells in a complex with TAK1-binding protein 1 (TAB1) and either TAB2 or TAB3. Association with TAB1 triggers TAK1 kinase activity by inducing TAK1 autophosphorylation, while TAB2 and possibly TAB3 may contribute to SAPK2a/p38a-mediated feedback inhibition of TAK1 activity.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Primary Mouse Anti-Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) Reacts with Pan

Catalog Number: (10151-580)
Supplier: Immunoreagents
Description: ImmunoReagents’ FITC Conjugates are used in immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, FLISA (fluorescent ELISA) and high throughput screening assays. Fluorescein is typically excited by the 488 nm line of an argon laser, and emission is collected at 518 nm. FITC antibody conjugates are yellow-orange in color but emit a yellow-green color upon Em 518 nm. FITC antibody conjugates are sensitive to light. The typical FITC to antibody ratio (F/P) is >4.0 Excitation/Emission = 494nm / 518nm Emission Color = Green (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 488, Cy2, DyLight ® 488)

Description: Secondary Goat Anti-λ lambda chain Reacts with Human

SDS

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 2.4G2 antibody is specific for a common epitope found in the extracellular regions of mouse Fc-receptors Fc-gamma II (CD32) and Fc-gamma III (CD16). As these are receptors for the Fc portion of mouse IgG, they may also bind laboratory antibody preparations and products used in a variety of cell analysis protocols such as flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and functional cell assays. The 2.4G2 antibody is therefore widely used as a pre-treatment reagent to block binding of specific antibodies of interest, e.g. fluorescently conjugated antibodies, to Fc receptors via their Fc domains and contributing to “non-specific” staining.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment

Catalog Number: (RL600-401-681)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizing peptide.  Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.

Catalog Number: (75933-154)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The mammalian transient receptor potential (TRP) superfamily can be divided into three major families including the "canonical TRP" (TRPC) family. The seven members of this family share the activation through PLC-coupled receptors and have been suggested to be components of receptor-regulated cation channels in different cell types. Furthermore, the members of the TRPC3/6/7 subfamily can be activated by diacylglycerol analogs, suggesting a possible mechanism of activation of these channels by PLC-coupled receptors. TRPC3 encodes a Ca2+-permeant channel that is agonist-activated but not store-operated or directly receptor-activated. TRPC3 physically interacts with TRPC6 and TRPC7 and forms functional tetrameric channels.

Catalog Number: (10151-346)
Supplier: Immunoreagents
Description: TRITC (Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate) is a popular rhodamine derivative pink in color but emits a red-orange color upon Emission at 580nm. TRITC is frequently paired with FITC in double labeling experiments and conjugated antibodies are often used in immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, FLISA (fluorescent ELISA) and high throughput screening assays. These conjugates are best excited with the 532 nm spectral line of the He-Ne laser and are also recommended as a second color detection reagent in in situ hybridization applications. (Excitation/Emission = 555nm / 580nm Emission Color = Orange to Red (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 555, Cy3, DyLight 550)

Catalog Number: (10800-406)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Bnip3L antibody detects human origin. Members in the Bcl-2 family are critical regulators of apoptosis by either inhibiting or promoting cell death. Bcl-2 homology 3 (BH3) domain is a potent death domain. BH3 domain containing pro-apoptotic proteins, including Bad, Bax, Bid, Bik, Hrk, Nip3, and Bim, form a growing subclass of the Bcl-2 family. A novel BH3 domain containing protein was recently identified and designated Bnip3L, Bnip3alpha, and Nix (for Nip3-like protein X). Bnip3L/Bnip3alpha/Nix is a homolog of the E1B 19K/Bcl-2 binding and pro-apoptotic protein Bnip3. Overexpression of Bnip3L induces apoptosis. Bnip3L interacts with and overcomes suppresses by Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL. Bnip3L is localized in mitochondria. The messenger RNA of Bnip3L is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues. Bnip3L and Bnip3 form a new subfamily of the pro-apoptotic mitochondrial proteins. Anti-Bnip3L antibodies are ideal for investigators involved in Apoptosis research.
