Catalog Number: (76225-996)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-Mouse IgG DyLight800 Antibody generated in rabbit detects reactivity to Mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3. Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75% of serum immunoglobulins. Immunoglobulin G binds to viruses, bacteria, as well as fungi and facilitates their destruction or neutralization via agglutination (and thereby immobilizing them), activation of the compliment cascade, and opsinization for phagocytosis. The whole IgG molecule possesses both the F(c) region, recognized by high-affinity Fc receptor proteins, as well as the F(ab) region possessing the epitope-recognition site. IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 chains of the antibody molecule are present. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.

Catalog Number: (75931-998)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: SLIT and NTRK-like family 1 (Slitrk1) is a member a protein family consisting of six homologous transmembrane proteins (Slitrk1-6) that share two conserved leucine-rich repeat domains in the extracellular domain and have significant homology to Slit, a secreted axonal growth-controlling protein. These proteins are also homologous to trk neurotrophin receptors in their intracellular domains. Expression of Slitrk proteins is highly restricted to neural and brain tumor tissues, but varies within the family. For example, Slitrk1 is expressed primarily in mature neurons. Overexpression of Slitrk1 in transfected neuronal cells induced unipolar neurites, while expression of the other Slitrk proteins inhibited neurite outgrowth, suggesting that these proteins are involved in the control of neurite outgrowth. While Slitrk1 variants have been suggested associated with Tourette's Syndrome, it is thought to play only a minor role if at all.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 30-H12 antibody reacts with mouse CD90.2 (Thy1.2). CD90.2 is a strain-specific allelic form of the GPI-linked membrane associated protein CD90 and is involved in adhesion and signal transduction. CD90.2 is expressed on thymocytes, mature T cells and neurons in mouse strains that express the CD90.2 allele (BALB/c, CBA, C3H, C57BL/6, SJL and others). 30-H12 does not react with the CD90.1 allele expressed in mouse strains such as PL and AKR.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The emission spectra for this ATTO conjugate matches the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation.

Catalog Number: (75931-936)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The Silent Information Regulator (SIR2) family of genes are highly conserved from prokaryotes to eukaryotes and have important functions in the regulation of metabolism, growth and differentiation, inflammation, cellular survival, as well as in senescence and lifespan extension. Sirtuins, including SIRT1-7, are human homologs of yeast Sir2p. Sirtuins are NAD+-dependent histone/protein deacetylases (HDAC) which regulate cellular metabolism, e.g. energy metabolism, and thereby are associated with aging and several age-related diseases. SIRT6 is a histone H3 lysine 9 deacetylase and is thought to stabilize the DNA-dependent protein kinase at double-stranded DNA breaks and may have a role in the process of mammalian aging.

Catalog Number: (RL600-401-C74)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-DOPA Decarboxylase Antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 55 kDa in size corresponding to the DDC Proteins.

Catalog Number: (10049-874)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Protein phosphorylation is a complex biochemical process that is regulated by protein kinases that catalyze the transfer of the gamma-P of ATP to a recipient protein that acts as a substrate. This post-translational modification is primarily directed onto serine, threonine, and tyrosine amino acid residues within a protein. Changes in the phosphorylation status of phosphoproteins can alter their biological function, and aberrations in signal transduction cascades have been linked to a number of diseases, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, inflammation and neurological disorders.
