Catalog Number: (75929-726)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: LRRK2 is a large protein with multiple domains including several ankyrin, leucine-rich, and WD40 repeats, a Ras-like small GTPase family domain named Roc, and a kinase domain that is closely related to the RIP kinase domain. LRRK2 gene is expressed in brain as well as in other tissues such as lung, liver and heart. LRRK2 might be central to the pathogenesis of several major neurodegenerative diseases associated with parkinsonism. Several dominantly inherited missense mutations in the gene encoding LRRK2 have been identified in several families that exhibit a broad spectrum of neuropathological features. Anti-LRRK2 is ideal for researchers interested in Neuroscience, specifically parkinsonism, as well as pathways related to the Electron Transport Chain and Wnt Signaling.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Childhood and adult obesity in the United States and to a lesser extent the rest of the world has increased dramatically over the past decade. Both environmental and genetic factors are involved in the onset and progression of weight gain. Recently, the potassium channel KCTD15 was identified as a genetic loci associated with higher than normal body mass index (BMI) in humans along with genes such as GNPDA2, MTCH2, FTO, and TMEM18. Further studies on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in non-diabetic and diabetic patients showed that FTO was most strongly associated with obesity while MTCH2 and GNPDA2 were still significantly associated with higher than normal BMI levels. At least two isoforms of KCTD15 are known to exist.

Catalog Number: (10800-886)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Coronins, such as Coronin 7, constitute an evolutionarily conserved family of WD-repeat actin-binding proteins whose function is thought to be regulating the cytoskeleton. Unlike other cytoplasmically localized Coronins, Coronin 7 localizes in part to the Golgi complex and is thought to play a role in Golgi complex morphology and function. Other experiments indicate that Coronin 7 interacts with the anti-proliferative protein TOB1 and enhances its degradation though the SCF ubiquitin ligase (E3) complex.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The M1/70 antibody reacts with human and mouse CD11b, also known as integrin alpha M. This 165-170 kDa cell surface glycoprotein is part of a family of integrin receptors that mediate adhesion between cells (cell-cell) and components of the extracellular matrix, e.g. fibrinogen (cell-matrix). In addition, integrins are active signaling receptors which recruit leukocytes to inflammatory sites and promote cell activation. Complete, functional integrin receptors consist of distinct combinations of integrin chains which are differentially expressed. Integrin alpha M (CD11b) assembles with Integrin beta-2 (CD18) into a receptor known as Macrophage Antigen-1 (Mac-1) or complement receptor type 3 (CR3). This receptor binds and induces intracellular signaling through ICAM-1 on endothelial cells and can also facilitate removal of iC3b bearing foreign cells.

Catalog Number: (76634-294)
Supplier: Diagnostic Biosystems
Description: This antibody is specific to human prostatic acid phosphatase. It reacts with the glandular epithelium of normal and hyperplastic prostate and with prostate adenocarcinoma.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The UCHT1 antibody is specific for human CD3e, also known as CD3 epsilon, a 20 kDa subunit of the T cell receptor complex, along with CD3 gamma and CD3 delta. These integral membrane protein chains assemble with additional chains of the T cell receptor (TCR), as well as CD3 zeta chain, to form the T cell receptor – CD3 complex. Together with co-receptors CD4 or CD8, the complex serves to recognize antigens bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells. These interactions promote T cell receptor signaling (T cell activation), inducing cell proliferation, differentiation, production of cytokines or activation-induced cell death. CD3 is differentially expressed during thymocyte-to-T cell development and on all mature T cells.
