Catalog Number: (10049-576)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) is responsible for bioluminescence in the jellyfish Aequorea victoria. This protein has quickly become a powerful research tool for assessing gene expression and subcellular protein distribution in fixed or living cells. GFP is excited by and brightly fluoresces when exposed to UV or blue light. This feature makes it ideal as a marker for use in fluorescence microscopy, cytometry, tagging fusion proteins, and assaying transcriptional regulation from gene promoters in vivo. Numerous GFP variants with enhanced and shifted emission spectra (blue, green, and yellow) have been developed through aa substitutions at specific residues.

Catalog Number: (RL100-401-219)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-IKKa antibody was assayed by immunoblot and found to be reactive against IKK a at a dilution of 1:1000 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) (Goat).

Catalog Number: (10151-764)
Supplier: Immunoreagents
Description: The ImmunoReagents' DyLight® 800 conjugates uses a near-IR fluorphore that is invisible to the naked eye but increases the staining options when using infrared imaging systems. DyLight® 800 has spectral properties that are very similar to other near-IR dyes, including Alexa Fluor 790 and IRDye 800, and has high solubility for maximal incorporation of the dye into the biomolecule of interest. Excitation/Emission = 777nm / 794nm Emission Color = Near IR (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 790, IRDye 800)

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: RRM2B/p53R2 antibody is suitable for IP, IHC, IF, ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 41 kDa in size corresponding to RRM2B1 by western blotting.

Catalog Number: (89155-472)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Host: Mouse, Isotype: IgG2a

Catalog Number: (89141-380)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: The C1q/tumor necrosis factor-α-related proteins (CTRPs) are a highly conserved family of adipokines that are functional paralogs of adiponectin. These proteins (CTRP1-7) are thought to act mainly on liver and muscle tissue to control glucose and lipid metabolism. Unlike adiponectin, which is expressed exclusively by differentiated adipocytes, the CTRPs are expressed in a wide variety of tissues.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 2F1 antibody reacts with mouse KLRG1 (Killer cell Lectin-like Receptor G1). This 30-38 kDa homodimeric receptor may be expressed by activated, mature NK cells and by effector/memory T cells, with potentially different roles in each cell type. KLRG1 can regulate, in an inhibitory fashion, the development and effector functions of NK cells, and is often cited as a senescence or terminal differentiation marker for T cells. Ligands for KLRG1 include members of the cadherin family of adhesion molecules, specifically N-Cadherin, E-Cadherin, and R-Cadherin. These interactions may induce bidirectional, immunosuppressive signaling in both KLRG- and Cadherin-expressing cells. A more recently identified role for KLRG1-Cadherin signaling in tissue organization, e.g. in cardiac angiogenesis, expands the function of these interactions beyond immunosuppression of immune cells. (Bouchentouf et al. 2010. J. Immunol. 185: 7014-7025).

Catalog Number: (75930-206)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase recognizes the protein N-Acylmannosamine 1-Dehydrogenase, a member of the oxidoreductase family that act on CH-OH donors and NAD+ or NADP+ as acceptors. N-acyl-D-mannosamine 1-dehydrogenase catalyzes the reaction in which N-acyl-D-mannosamine and NAD+ are converted to N-acyl-D-mannosaminolactone, NADH, and H+.

Catalog Number: (76234-944)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. This structure consists of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a nucleosome, an octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a member of the histone H3 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails; instead, they contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in a histone cluster on chromosome 1. This gene is one of four histone genes in the cluster that are duplicated; this record represents the telomeric copy. Anti-Histone H3 are ideal for researchers interested in Chromatin Modifiers, Chromatin Research, Histones and Modified Histones, and Epigenetics Research.
