Description: The FERM and PDZ domain containing (FRMPD) protein family consists of four proteins that contain a FERM (Four-point-one, erzin, radixin, moesin) domain and at least one PDZ (PSD-95/Discs large/Zonula-occuldens-1) domain. FRMPD1 was initially identified through a yeast two-hybrid screening with Activator of G-protein signaling 3 (AGS3), a protein that acts to stabilize the GDP-bound conformation of Gai, as the bait. FRMPD1 binds to the tetratricopeptide repeat of AGS3 and stabilizes AGS3 in a membrane environment. Suppression of FRMPD1 in Cath.a-differentiated neuronal cells decreased the level of endogenous AGS3 in membrane fractions by ~50% and enhanced the inhibition of forskolin-induced increases in cAMP. Co-immunoprecipitation studies indicate that the interaction of AGS3 with FRMPD1 is mutually exclusive with the interaction of AGS3 with Gai3, suggesting that FRMPD1 may position AGS3 in the membrane where it can then interact with Galphai.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The L243 antibody reacts with a member of the human MHC Class II antigens, HLA-DR. The HLA-DR antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes, activated NK cells, monocytes, macrophages, other antigen presenting cells and progenitor cells. The L243 antibody is specific to an epitope on the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric HLA-DR protein and binds a different epitope than the LN3 antibody clone. It does not cross-react with HLA-DP or HLA-DQ. This antibody is reported to be cross-reactive with non-human primates including Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, Rhesus and Baboon. Please choose the appropriate format for each application.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: ADP ribosylation factors (Arfs) are small GTP-binding proteins known for their role in vesicular transport, where they nucleate the assembly of coat protein complexes at sites of carrier vesicle formation. IQSEC1 (GEP100/BRAG2), a guanine nucleotide exchange protein for ARF6, belongs to the BRAG family and contains one IQ domain, one PH domain and one SEC7 domain (1). As a known activator of ARF6, IQSEC1 regulates cell surface levels of Beta1 integrin and its knockdown blocked tumour metastasis (2,3). IQSEC1 links EGFR signaling to ARF6 activation and may contribute to the cancer metastasis and malignancy (4).

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The RPA-T8 antibody is specific for the 32-34 kDa alpha chain of human CD8, known as CD8a or CD8 alpha. CD8a can form a homodimer (CD8 alpha-alpha), but is more commonly expressed as a heterodimer with a second chain known as CD8b or CD8 beta. CD8 acts as a co-receptor for antigen recognition and subsequent T cell activation that is initiated upon binding of the T cell receptor (TCR) to antigen-bearing MHC Class I molecules. The cytoplasmic domains of CD8 provide binding sites for the tyrosine kinase lck, facilitating intracellular signaling events that lead to T cell activation, development, and cytotoxic effector functions. CD8+ cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) play an important role in inducing cell death of tumor cells, as well as cells infected by virus, bacteria or parasites.
