Heaters Heating Mantles

Aluminum housed heating mantles feature a bottom opening to accommodate flasks with bottom valves

They can be used on benches with smaller sized flasks, or on floor or reactor stands with larger flasks. These mantles accommodate cylindrical and spherical flasks with bottom valves (see specifics below). Mantles must be operated through a temperature controller, and offer a temperature operating range of ambient + 10° to 450°C. Smaller sizes include a 122cm (4') detachable cord with interlocking connector. Larger sizes are supplied with a terminal box for hard wiring. CSA certified.
