Kit contains Coating Solution Concentrate; BSA Diluent/Blocking Solution Concentrate; Wash Solution Concentrate; 50% Glycerol Solution; HRP labeled Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L); ABTS Peroxidase Substrate System; and ABTS Stop Solution.

Highly sensitive reagents are optimized for antigen detection in picogram quantities. The wash and block solutions ensure low background. This kit can be used for direct and indirect detection.

The kit provides pretested components and suggested protocols to facilitate the development of ELISA procedures.
