40 nm Protein G-conjugated spherical gold nanoparticles combine strong plasmonic optical properties with biofunctionalized surface chemistry. These nanoparticles offer high affinity binding to the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG) from a variety of species. Protein G gold conjugates are used in high sensitivity lateral flow assays, immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, imaging applications, and more.
