The LED light source and silicon photocell sensor provide readings at 260 and 280 nm. Samples from 1.0 to 2.0 µl are loaded directly on the pedestal. Results are provided in about six seconds. The software automatically calculates and displays 260/280 ratios. Data can be printed using the integrated thermal printer, saved in the instrument's onboard memory or exported via USB as an Excel file. A cuvette port allows for OD 600 readings and two optical glass cuvettes are included.
