When sealed, purged, and inflated with an appropriate inert gas, they allow for the handling of air- and moisture-sensitive chemicals as well as other hazardous and toxic materials that require dust-free or controlled-atmosphere environments.

Caution: When handling products that require special procedures, HANDS-IN-BAG chamber should be used in a fume hood or other controlled system to protect against accidental exposure from leaking. Care should be taken when working with products constructed from polyethylene due to potential tearing, breakage, or punctures.
