Integrated platform is ready to secure optional accessories such as Erlenmeyer flask clamps, test tube racks. Clear polycarbonate lid allows clear view of samples with a 15.3 cm (6") internal height.
LCD display shows temperature, speed, and time for repeatable and accurate results. Easy to use control knobs allow for easy input of settings and access to the menu. Temperature resolution is in 0.1 °C increments. Speed resolution is in 1 rpm increments. Timer will display elapsed time, or, when programmed to user-defined limit up to 999 hours, 59 minutes, will count down to zero and shut off unit. Audible alarm sounds when time reaches zero.
On-board programming for eight separate, five-step programs. Recall feature retrieves the last five recently used settings.
For the best accuracy, the temperature calibration feature allows user to calibrate the temperature to an external temperature device for three separate, user defined set points.
Ramping feature slowly increases speed to set point for added safety. Triple eccentric drive system and maintenance free, brushless DC motor provide continuous duty operation and a long, reliable service life. Additional safety features include an integrated overload and unbalanced detection system, and illuminated hot warning symbols when temperatures reach 40 °C.

Delivery information: NIST Calibrated shakers include a Troemner ISO/IEC Accredited Calibration Certificate traceable to NIST and includes multiple data points within the speed range and time function with associated uncertainties. Troemner is accredited by NVLAP under Lab Code 105013-0 to perform ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations. All units are supplied with a platform and a 2.3 m (7.5") detachable, US three-wire power cord.
