Distillation Systems Kjeldahl Distillation Systems

Designed for mounting on a base cabinet or table, unit provides durability for laboratories which require a separate distillation station.

One-piece stainless steel condenser manifold assembly has sturdy, welded powder-coated framework, and is mounted on molded epoxy resin base. Gauge monitors variable distillation temperature. Cooling water temperature can be adjusted with remote control flow valve. Inlet/outlet water connections are 3/4" NPT and the supply line has a minimum I.D. of 1/2". Curved ceramic heater follows contour of 500 or 800 ml flask, providing close contact and even heat distribution. Each 600-watt heater is operated by variable-control knob with the input from 20 to 100% of capacity. Counterflow heat exchanger controls back pressure and maximizes rate of distillation.

NOTE: Unit must be wired to a main circuit breaker panel to specified electrical codes.

Ordering information: Supplied with connecting bulbs, delivery tubes and main circuit breaker panel. Unit is completely assembled.
