Automated SDS capillary electrophoresis system separates 12 protein samples in parallel.
- Short analysis time - analyze 12 protein samples in parallel in as little as 30 minutes
- Various sample types - consistently separate challenging protein samples such as membrane proteins and crude lysates
- High separation resolution - resolve glycosylated and non-glycosylated isoforms broad sizing range - Agilent protein broad range P240 kit for sizing proteins from 10 to 240 kDa
- High sensitivity - detect as low as 1 ng/µl concentration of BSA protein in PBS
- Wide sample concentration range - linear dynamic range of 2 to 2000 ng/µl BSA sample in PBS
- Improved lab efficiency - load samples and program next runs while a separation is currently in process
- Flexible sample loading - move samples up or down in queue to adjust run priorities
- Minimal instrument preparation - does not require daily array handling and utilizes room-temperature stable reagents
The Agilent ProteoAnalyzer system is a parallel capillary electrophoresis instrument that automates the capillary electrophoresis-sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) analysis of reduced and non-reduced protein samples. Able to separate 12 samples in as little as 30 minutes, this system is designed to eliminate the laborious process of SDS-PAGE gel preparation, staining/destaining, and analysis so you can focus on results.
The ProteoAnalyzer system separates proteins from 10 to 240 kDa allowing for the analysis of proteins over a wide range of sizes in a single run. The discrete individual capillaries are rejuvenated between every separation allowing for the analysis of diverse samples including monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, protein purification fractions, and crude lysates.
