The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 30 µm and, thus, excellent mechanical stability. Since the affinity of an IDA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer IDA MagBeads uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA and metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can, in turn, attach desired metal ions to the agarose beads. PureCube IDA MagBeads are also available with a bead diameter of 90 µm. PureCube IDA products are also obtainable as agarose resin for FPLC assays or batch spin approaches.
