Chromatography Columns

Caplugs evergreen chromatography columns are ideal for use in general chromatographic work for extraction of components, with special applications in isoenzyme and protein studies, hemoglobin fractionation and desalting.

Precision-molded from premium-grade, chemically inert plastics
Polystyrene columns are glass-clear and appropriate for use with mild acidic (except oxidizing acids) and alkali solutions
Polypropylene columns are contact-transparent, more chemically resistant and appropriate for use with organic solvents and stronger acids (except oxidizing acids) and alkalis

Chromatography columns include reservoir and end caps and polyethylene filter matrix supports in one of three porosities:
- Fine (15 to 45 μm)
- Medium (45 to 90 μm)
- Coarse (90 to 135 μm)
