HiLoad™ Superdex™ prep grade are prepacked XK columns designed for pre-parative gel filtration. Superdex™ prep grade is a composite matrix of dextran and highly cross-linked agarose. The steep selectivity of dextran, and the high chemical and physical stability of agarose, enable high resolution separations. The chromatography media combines high mechanical strength with high hydrophilicity, allowing high flow rates and minimal non specific interactions.
