Competent Cells

Intact Genomics JM109(DE3) chemically competent Escherichia coli cells are suitable for high efficiency transformation in a wide variety of applications such as cloning and sub-cloning. JM109(DE3) is useful for the high-level expression of genes cloned into vectors for expression of sequence downstream from the T7 promoter.

Delivery information: All our products are shipped with dry ice via FedEx overnight delivery. US orders received by 1:00 pm (Central time, Monday-Thursday) will typically be shipped on the same day in the US. Orders after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
The shipping and dry ice packaging cost is $45 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States.
