Cuvettes Spectrophotometer Cuvettes
Fluorescence cells for Cary Eclipse including rectangular, triangular, or flow through cells.

  • Rectangular cells have 4 polished faces for high precision fluorescence measurements
  • Mirrored rectangular cells have mirroring on two adjacent sides for increased sensitivity with cuvette-based fluorescence measurements
  • Fits any standard cell holder and has unique surface flatness of the optical windows, high temperature stability, and high chemical resistance
  • 20mm z height for compatibility with Cary Eclipse fluorescence systems
  • Exceptional accuracy in terms of optical path length and parallelism and has outstanding measurement reproducibility
  • Guaranteed transmission of >80% from 200-3500 nm (depending on the cell window material)

Agilent's fluorescence cells enable fast, effective and precision measurement of liquid samples with Cary Eclipse systems. Select from standard rectangular cells, mirrored rectangular or triangular cells for single fluorescence measurements and flow through cells which can improve productivity.

Triangular cells are used for front surface fluorescence measurement, when the sample is too dense for the transmission of excitation or emission energy. Sample is excited at an angle of 45° to both the excitation source and the emission detector.

Flow through cells are designed for use with a sipper to reduce sample measurement time and operator-induced errors associated with manually filling cuvettes.

Flow through cells have three clear windows - the excitation beam passes through the cell, and the emission window is at 90 degrees to the excitation windows.
