With more than 50000 citations, Vector Laboratories ABC kits are trusted by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) laboratories. The ABC kit system is modular and different variations can accommodate a wide array of primary antibody and tissue species. Kits use horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as a detection enzyme. Several kits also use a secondary antibody to target primary antibodies. The ABC complex, once formed, is stable and can be used for several days after preparation.
