Methanol
Methanol (CH3OH) is also known as Methyl Alcohol or wood alcohol. It is a clear, colorless, volatile and flammable liquid. Methanol is a common laboratory solvent and is especially useful for HPLC, UV/VIS spectroscopy, due to its low UV cutoff. Methanol is toxic if ingested and can result in blindness, coma and death. Suitable for LC-MS applications and spectrophotometry.
- For LC-MS and LC-UV trace metals analysis
- HPLC / UV-VIS quality control
- Low gradient baseline drift
- Low levels of trace metals
- No non-volatile impurities
