Direct, covalent attachment of amine functional groups to any nucleic acid
Easily and consistently control the density of nucleic acid modification
Permanent, non-destructive modification of nucleic acids, which can then be conjugated to proteins or peptides, or attached to glass surfaces, or beads or plates

Attach amine functional groups covalently to nucleic acids and control the level of modification. For labeling with hydrazine, amine, or amine-reactive dyes and attachment to activated glass surfaces or hydrazide-coated beads or plates.
