The VascuLife® VEGF Medium Complete Kit includes: VascuLife® Basal Medium (475 mL) and VascuLife® VEGF LifeFactors® Kit. VascuLife® contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red. VascuLife® VEGF contains Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor. VascuLife® VEGF Medium grows human endothelial cells at rates that meet or exceed other commercially available serum-containing media while maintaining excellent cell morphology.
Ordering information: The VascuLife® VEGF LifeFactors® Kit includes: rh VEGF 0.5 mL, rh EGF 0.5 mL, rh FGF basic 0.5 mL, rh IGF-1 0.5 mL, Ascorbic Acid 0.5 mL, Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 0.5 mL, Heparin Sulfate 0.5 mL, L-Glutamine 25 mL, FBS 10 mL, Gentamicin and Amphotericin B 0.5 mL.
VascuLife® Medium Complete Kits contain VascuLife® Basal Medium and the associated LifeFactors® Kit. VascuLife® Basal Medium requires the appropriate LifeFactors®.
