The AimStrip® Hemoglobin Test is designed for the quantitative determination of hemoglobin in non-anticoagulated capillary whole blood or anticoagulated venous whole blood in EDTA

Results are provided in 15 seconds. Hb measurements range from 5.6 to 23.5g/dL. The handheld meter uses batteries or an optional AC adapter, stores up to 1,000 tests, and features an automatic shutoff after 8 minutes of non-use. Meter is supplied with a three-year warranty.

Estimation of hematocrit is provided for normal hemoglobin values. This device has not been evaluated for pediatric subjects.
