Pullulan

Pullulan, edible plastic excellent in adhesiveness and film formability. Pullulan is a natural neutral polysaccharride produced form starch by cultivating a black yeast.

Pullulan can been used in a study to assess bone tissue engineering and to investigate anti-fog applications.
